Nair Service Society of Hudson Valley,Inc New York

Nair Service Society of Hudson Valley, NY is a non-political, non-profit, cultural, and charitable organization in order to create better understanding among its members and others and to enhance their social and cultural life based on the traditional ways of life and values of the NAIR community in United States, and to assist members in need by arranging family and marriage counseling, child welfare, child guidance, aging service and emergency financial assistance. Any person belonging to the NAIR community by birth, marriage or otherwise, and who is at least eighteen years old and who subscribes to the ideals of the Association is eligible for membership.

The initial meeting to form the organization , NSS of Hudson Valley , was held at the residence of G K and Jagadamma Nair at 7 Bedford Court, Spring Valley, New York on March 25, 2012 by lighting the Nilavilakku by Jagadamma Nair in the presence of Gopinath Kurup,Jayaprakash Nair, G .K .Nair Appukutten Nair,Krishna Kumar, Muraleedhara Panicker, Chandrasekharan Nair , Induchooda Panicker, Padmavathy Nair Jayasree Nair, and Ajitha Menon.
